In the year 1955, a young lawyer, Atty. Pacifico P. Mijares established the UNITED SECURITY AND WATCHMAN AGENCY, INC. as a family corporation that catered mainly on the security industry and from there on, the USWA blossomed into one of the more aggressive security agencies nationwide.
