UNITED SECURITY AND WATCHMAN AGENCY (USWA) INC. is a licensed and bonded Security Agency providing uniformed Security Guard services since 1955.
PHYSICAL SECURITY SERVICE
USWA - shall provide you with experienced and highly qualified security personnel. These personnel shall possess the following qualifications:
Age between 20 to 40 years old
Not less than 130 lbs. In weight
High school or college graduate
At least 5’ 6’’ in height for male and 5’2’’ for female
Must have passed the General Knowledge Examination given by PNP-SAGSD
Physically fit (with Medical Certificate, Drug Test)
Cleared by law enforcement agencies (with NBI, Police Brgy. Clearance)
On top of these, USWA shall provide you with the best, experienced and competent security officers who are adept on all phases of security management and supervision, inter-active to your needs, these officers are college level / graduates and have undergone various training and seminars for security officers.
FIREARMS AND AMMUNITIONS
UNITED SECURITY AND WATCHMAN AGENCY shall provide our guards with reliable firearms i.e. 38 cal revolvers and / or 12 Ga. Shotguns and will be given ample supply of ammunitions. These firearms are all licensed by the PNP and will be periodically checked and inspected to assure its quality and reliability.
COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT
UNITED SECURITY AND WATCHMAN AGENCY shall provide guards with two-way handheld radio (Motorola GP 68, F60, Kenwood UHF Radio), which will be hooked up with our base communication at the head office. Aside from these, our officers shall be provided cellular phones as an added communication to enhance our communication capabilities.

PHYSICAL SECURITY SURVEY
To achieve maximum security coverage and effectiveness, USWA conducts a physical security survey of your establishment prior to posting and mobilization to determine existing state of security to locate weaknesses in defense, determine degree of protection required and produce recommendations establishing a total security program.
With this survey, we will be able to assess whether there is a need to improve your present security set-up or increase / decrease present security force to be more responsive to your needs.
